Last year I bought a drying machine for my clothes through Taobao. It still has not passed one year but one of the filter part got broken. Drying machine was not that cheap though … (about 200USD).

Contact directly to the store you bought through Taobao

Like in these situation, it’s better you directly contact the store you bought. You can contact through Taobao app. You go through the order history and find the store you bought. And tell them with text or photos.

”Hey, the filter part already got broken. Would you sell me one?”. “OK no problem”. “How much?”. It only cost 30CNY (about 4~5USD)! That’s cheap!

Filter part very cheap

30 CNY includes the filter part and the filter. If you look for filter (you cannot find the filter part) in Taobao app, it costs 60 CNY! You’d better buy directly from the store… 

Maintenance expenses are cheap in China

I feel maintenance expenses are very cheap in China. I once broke my house key but I remember it cost only about less than 100 CNY. If same things happen in Japan, it won’t be less than 100USD.
